Jessica Payne
Jessica Payne is an account director for the Fleishman-Hillard digital practice group in the London office. She has a decade of digital experience with an expertise in social media strategy and convergent marketing with client work spanning consumer, non-profit, B2B and diversity disciplines. Prior to joining Fleishman-Hillard, Ms. Payne served as social media strategist for PainePR and GolinHarris in Los Angeles, CA providing critical strategic execution – and education – of digital engagement with campaigns for Fortune 500 and non-profit clients. Ms. Payne’s passion for trend-spotting and education led speaking on panels at conferences including The Ad Club and the National Conference for Volunteering & Service in San Francisco, CA. She also served as a primary instructor teaching social media marketing for the inaugural University of California Irvine Extension Programme in 2009 and 2010, now in its third year. Outside the office, Ms. Payne enjoys her life as an ex-pat in London and maintains her blog Diversity@PR a digital diversity blog. Ms. Payne holds a Bachelor of Science degree in public relations with a concentration in social psychology from Boston University in Boston, MA.
