Jessica Payne
Jessica Payne blogs about LGBT issues in the digital -sphere. She also serves as Chair of FH Out Front, as part of Fleishman-Hillard's global diversity practice group. Her personal and professional background enable her to offer thought-leadership as a lesbian consumer and digital strategist. Day-to-day, Jessica is an account director for Fleishman-Hillard's digital practice group in London. She has a decade of digital experience with an expertise in social media strategy and convergent marketing with client work spanning virtually every sector and scale. Jessica hails from Los Angeles where she spent nearly a decade in what was first online media, then digital strategy for agencies including PainePR (now Citizen Paine) and GolinHarris. Ms. Payne’s passion for trend-spotting and education in the 'digital diversity' space led to speaking opportunities including the National Conference for Volunteering & Service in San Francisco, CA and as a primary instructor teaching social media marketing for the University of California Irvine's inaugural Extension Programme. Outside the office, Ms. Payne enjoys her life as an ex-pat in London and maintains her blog Diversity@PR and tweets regularly @Jpaynebu. Ms. Payne holds a Bachelor of Science degree in public relations with a concentration in social psychology from Boston University in Boston, MA.
